Raw Done Light

 

Do you find the typical raw food recipe to be way too high in fat?

 

I know I do! And I'm doing something about it...

 

I've taken my creative, low-fat style, which I shared in cooked form with Vegan Done Light, and brought it to the raw community, where I feel it's desparately needed.

 

My first offering was a meal plan for a healthy Thanksgiving, and I have much more in the works! We're talking

 

low-fat, vegan, raw gourmet,
without all the nuts, seeds, avocado, and coconut!
